Handcrafted in Astier’s historic Paris workshop, it’s made from black terracotta clay sourced from the Paris Basin, which is pressed into a handcarved plaster mold and finished with their signature milky white glaze that lets hints of that natural clay color shine through. This slow-paced, traditional process results in perfectly imperfect finished products, each with their own unique personality — a loving tribute to Paris’ history as a center for handmade artisan goods. All other non-furniture items can be returned for a full refund, as long as they are returned within either 30 days of purchase if bought in store or 30 days after the order was received if bought on our website.
